About David

Get to Know DAVID

David Hirsch is an Orthodox Rabbi and a well-known Queens advocate for religious freedoms and education choice. A graduate of Queens College, David has worked in community outreach and public policy as an independent consultant and is a member of the Coalition for Jewish Values. He has consulted for many campaigns as well as policy organizations, where he works to promote school choice and protect parents' rights in education.  

 

David knows we have to make our community safe. He will back our police, fight against hate crimes, and pursue tough on crime policies. David is concerned about the large encampments of undocumented migrants being placed in and near our neighborhoods without community input or consent. And David knows watering down our schools' education and ignoring parental input and concerns is wrong. David also pledges to fight against the new regulations and proposed implementation that will harm private schools, that many parents choose as an option for their children. David stands for Safe Neighborhoods, Religious Rights, Parental Choice, and Education Standards; driven by our own community.
